Step Out of Your Hamster Wheel

  2. Balance out the main quadrants of your life: Work, family, faith, finances, health, fitness… whatever those quadrants might be, balance them out. By being balanced you will feel more equipped to step off of the hamster wheel and begin doing what feels right for you.
  3. Decide what goals you will set for yourself:Writing your goals down can be a great way to hold yourself accountable to actually see those goals through.
  4. Create a personal strategic plan:To get you on track to reaching your goals and getting out of your hamster wheel, you need a plan that will assist you in getting there.
